Yesterdays Email!!

Hello!!!

On to the spiritual stuff....for the first time!!!! prolly will wanna share this in sacrament!

Ok so monday night it was my turn to say the group prayer in our room so just the 4 of us, its about 10:30 at night....

as i start to pray i say "please bless us in our scripture study that we may be able to find the answers to the questions we seek"

right after the prayer we do our srcipture study and im reading in mosiah and come across the "book of life" and ask everyone what that is....no one knows...2 seconds later anziano eckholdt was reading the next verse and he was reading in alma and it gave a whole description of the "book of life" thats pretty weird...now even more spiritual!!!!

during my prayer i said "please bless that everyone in our district may be safe and watched over".......how safe can you get in the MTC? Thats basically the safest place in the world! now the next day tuesday our Italian teacher sister smith told us that she was driving home from Idaho and got in a really really bad car accident at about 11pm at night on monday and she was still really shaken up over it and there car was totaled and she said it was a miracle that she didnt die....(i had no idea she was in idaho and would be driving home just a little while after i said that prayer) she said "that was the first time she went on a long drive and didnt pray they were so caught up in everything they forgot to". but for some reason i said to make sure everyone will be safe. I feel like that was to be directed towards her. pretty crazy!

I also dont yawn anymore when i read my scriptures!!!! When I would read them i would have to read them over and over and over to understand what the verse/chapter was even talking about so i prayed every night to help me focus on what i am reading and be able to understand them. on monday during my scripture reading i read a lot of chapters and understood each of them and what was going on in them and knew what happened! thats pretty crazy! (Guess i shouldnt say pretty crazy more like pretty spiritual haha)

While being here i have learned alot about the restoration of the church, il piano di salvezza, and alot of deep doctorine there is a teacher here who just is amazing when it comes to doctorine he lives in draper (brother silva) he gets all into the doctrine of the tons and tons of planets god has created and so forth (he said god has created about 200 billion planets all with people on them and our planet was the only one that would reject Gesu Cristo... Our planet he said consists of the most wicked people of all the worlds but also the most righteous people of all the worlds (balance of opposites).....everytime he talks its just some good deep doctrine and it makes your testa (head) explode!!!!!

P.S. For fireworks we got to go out and sit on the mtc grass and watch the stadium of fire fireworks. write me in a letter if there is anything else you would like to know. (I prefer to email everyone but i can write letters if you want!
