P-Day #22

CIAO!
Hello how is sunny Utah?? It is still very cold here.
Who in the world says "Whats new in your neck of the woods" I don’t even live in the woods!!!!
We be teachin and we be preachin! hallejuah
Mary Brando is doing very well....real quick she has 3 kids 2 daughters of 14 and 9 then a son of about 4 named Kevin who is the funniest kid ever!!! He sits on my lap during the lesson all the time and in church he loves us, every time we go over he runs up to us, wants us to pick him up. give him a hug and then he always gives us a baci (on the cheek) ( we have no control over it!!!!) ma Mary Brando is doing very well in fact we have seen her several times now. We met with her and talked about some things to try and find out where she is at. What she knows about the church and so forth. We asked her just that. "What do you know about the church" she said "well i know its all true......yada yada" so we were like GREAT! You know its true now you just need to get baptized and stop smokin! so we did just that we invited Mary Brando to be baptized on the 21st of Gennaino, si molto presto ma pensiamo che lei sarà pronta. she said "only if she feels ready", then she will. Because she knows she needs to. She still is thinking its too crazy and far too soon to be baptized.
Other then that....Isaac and Rita have gone from two "elect" investigators to two "africans" (anyone who has served in Europe with these africans here understand what i mean)  they went totally berserk the other day. The other day in church baptisms for the dead came up. They didn’t really catch on to it...but when we went over to their house and asked if they had any questions. They wanted to know what the whole baptism for the dead thing is...they were yellin at us and tellin us that its wrong! and totally cwazy but we just held strong hit with some good old T and went from there....being african they enjoy arguing and "bashing" that way they "learn" but that makes no sense, now does it. oh well....we will be seeing them again on Saturday and then probably only once a week from then on....

Then the other day i met another brutha from Ghana...i used some of my twee language i have learned and he loved it! he thought i was from Ghana. Speaking twee or tree or whatever it is. His name is Patrick he was baptized 3 years ago in Ghana and hasn’t come to church here in a long time but we are helping him get back on the straight path stop his crooked ways and become a man of god again!

So thats basically that.
Today for p day we went to the city of Stresa...its on lago di maggiore its a beautiful city...its a very "touristy" city and its a summer city so it was kinda dead but it was beautiful to look over the lake and get some pizza there and look at the city. it was a very unique city very different from all the other "lake cities" i have been to. Very cool city especially if it was in the summer!

ok thats alll
Grazie per il vostro amore, sono molto grato per ognuno di voi.
e ci vediam in cento venti due giorni
vi voglio bene..
zack
