this week....
Thursday/Giovedi after last pday we went to Milano to listen to Anziano Caussè from the seventy of the area presidency...it was very good he gave us some special training on what we should do for our missionary work! Which real quick if you dont know much about what we do...well on the very first lesson we have with people we almost always invite them to be baptized and give them a date....pretty crazy huh??! Bet ya didnt know that! cause i dont think i have told you ahaha...anyways we do that. But Anz. Causse talked to us about how to get return appointments with people by using the Book of Mormon on the streets and what not but not giving them the book instead ask for a time when we can come by there house and deliver it to them and talk about it a little..
There was a lot of other stuff but basically...at first it was give out as many BOM’s as you can and now its only give them out at appointments you get with people.
Friday/Venerdi we went to a members the Bisi Family we usually go over there once a week for a lunch they are a very nice couple they are older and are very famous for the food she cooks...she is known all over Italy for her lasagna. Well I have had soooo many types of foods from he…real quick like...lasgana but with out the noodles it was slices of zucchini...i have had homemade tiramisu from her. A very interesting twist on Crepes (like a dinner crepe) with ham and cheese sauce and stuff very good tons and tons of food!!! Always delicious! She always has her sister over there who isn’t a member but she isn’t interested....so far....and then we were supposed to see Mary but she and her kids are sick. Soo we had a member take us to the Lindt Chocolate Factory!!!! MMMmmmm yummmy it was awesome and sooo delicious!!! They got us some lindt hot chocolate...(they took us there because they were going to come with us to the lesson and times before we had talked about going to the choco factory so we they invited us to go and we talked with them and are going to get there less active son, Active!)
Saturday/Sabato saturday was filled with finding work!!!! yay!!!!
Sunday/Domenica Well Patrick called us Sunday morning and he is like he can you pick me up still at the station? I said "yes of course" he asked "hope its alright if i brought a friend"......He brought a friend to church which was awesome! An Italian man from Genova who has lost everything he had his wife...family...kids...work...etc all because of the choices he made but he came to church we think he liked it and it was a very cool experience to see a Less active bring someone to church!!!! After church we went to Vescovos house to have some lunch....Vescovo loves us!!!! He is amazing!!!!
Monday/Lunedi we were both a little sick and it was cleaning day because the transfer has ended...(uhhh ohh maybe i am not in busto...................) anyways we cleaned and then talked to Sorella Wolfgramma and she said to take it easy cause we are sick! But Monday we received a call for transfers and what is happening.....I am.............going.............to the beautiful city of..........Busto with my same companion! So nothing is changing...but this next transfer is only for 5 weeks and not 6 cause of some mission pres meeting.
Tuesday/Martedi in the morning we had our last district meeting that is our district in the first picture the tall guy Anz guest is going to Forli and the shorter guy Anziano Stanley is going to Siena. Which means....they both are leaving!!!!!!!! (They were super great missionaries but Varese is a very tough city to do work in) so Pres took them out and put in sisters!!!! We are a district of two elders and two sisters....No more scambi in varese!!! :( ohh well off to como :)............later that day we went to one of our investigators houses the family Di Grazia of 3 daughters and mamma e pappa we got there and they ended up feeding us dinner!!! How awesome is that!!!!!!!! Had some nice pasta and salad and stuff it was great...taught them our first "actual" lesson and gave them a baptismal invite they accepted to be baptized if they receive a testimony but would not say for any date. We also met with another kid from Nigeria named Kevin. Met with him at the station he is awesome....gave him a lesson and a baptismal invite for the 25th of Feb and he said yes!
Wednesday/P-Day today we went to LUGANO IN SWITZERLAND!!!! YAY... basically the same as last time but just beautiful and went with more and other people! So that was great!
